Shipping and Handling

TAXES & DUTY

All orders shipped internationally are subject to applicable Taxes and Duties and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.
Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.

SHIPPING METHOD

We offer a 15$ flat shipping rate for a minimum 100$ purchase. Any order below 100$ will be charged with full shipping cost listed at the checkout pages.
We do not ship to MALAYSIA, PHILIPPINES, CHINA and RUSSIA, because we have a retailers available at those countries, so please support them.
All of our worldwide via UPS or TNT for America / Canada / Europe zone and via DPEX for Asia Oceania Zone. Orders are processed within 2-3 days after the payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). An email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched. 
  • A made to order / backorder items order will be shipped 6-9 working days.
  • Hemming requests can postpone shipments for up to 3 business days.
Please understand that your package is sent out from Indonesia, and usually it take around 5-7 days to arrive at your address depending on the area. If after 7 working days, you haven't received the package, please contact us through info@warpweft.co to request a shipping slips or tracking number

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds and size exchange. Exchange will only be accepted if there is a damage on the items that isn't caused by the shipping agent.
  • We only accepts unworn, unwashed, unaltered product with tags still attached.
  • Returns are accepted within 21 days from the order date.
  • All sale items and altered items are final, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.
  • Any merchandise returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
WARPWEFT COMPANY is not responsible for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us via email, then we will reviewed the return/exchange request and reply. Requests are reviewed within 48 hours (excluding weekends, and holidays).

Payments & Charges

We only accept payment using PAYPAL for International orders. The charge will be applied to WARPWEFT COMPANY, the price stated at the invoice is final. All prices are in listed in USD

Lost & Damaged Items

If your package was lost or arrived damaged please contact us at info@warpweft.co Include your order #, tracking # as well as brief description of the situation, along with photos of damages if applicable. We will then open an investigation and take further steps to resolve the problem. If the lost item is caused by the shipping agency, we will not take responsibility.
