We have a Japan Domestic Market version's Kansai Special Hemming Machine.

 

They said this machine is developed with a vintage UnionSpecial 43200g as their main references. This machine is solely made because of the request demanded by a Japanese denim factory for an industrial and labour intensive hemming machine because of the difficulty to find a spareparts for UnionSpecial 43200g. 

 

We can hem your jeans to any length required. Just inform us at the message box on the check out page.  

Remember if the jeans are Loomstate / Kibata they are going to lose about 1.5 to 2.5 inches in length after an initial soak or wash.  Preshrunk jeans will only have a very minimum shrinkage. A longer hem will allows you to cuff and stack giving you some flexibility in the style you wear your jeans.

 
Bear in mind we cannot refund or exchange any goods that have been hemmed.

We offer a complimentary hemming service for all the jeans purchased directly from us.

 

*If you are new to this denim scene and/or have any doubts about the length of the inseam, we recommend you take them unhemmed, because shortened jeans cannot be returned for exchange or refund - you can return them to us for hemming later, or if you live overseas we will try to recommend a local specialist jeans chain-stitching service.
